Product Strategy Manager recruitment
The Product Strategy Manager will play a key role in helping the business identify and pursue new opportunities to help achieve its growth aspirations.
Key responsibilities;
- Develop and manage the delivery of a holistic Commercial Cards product strategy, which includes defining the core product offering(s), features and pricing strategy by customer segment and acquisition channel.
- Review existing customer propositions and marketplace and recommend/oversee delivery of new products / propositions to ensure that they remain differentiated and ahead of the competition.
- Develop a roadmap of initiatives with clear actionable plans.
- Collaborate closely with other areas of the RBS Group to ensure alignment of strategic vision and the overall customer offering / experience.
- Influence and drive support functions including Operations, Credit Risk, Legal, Regulatory Risk, Business Analysis and Marketing to ensure PL targets are delivered.
- Collaborate with and influence 3rd party suppliers such as schemes (Visa / MasterCard), card processors and insurance providers to ensure alignment on strategic roadmap.
- Develop an effective process for gathering and utilising market intelligence covering: Market Trends, Customer Insight and Competitor analysis.
