Product Support Executive
A finance software development company are looking to recruit a Product Support Executive. This is a great position for someone from a finance background looking to move in to a more challenging, client/customer focused role.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to; responding to assigned email and telephone queries, demonstrating professionalism and care at all times, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, updating and maintaining the system support software accordingly, assisting customers with general sales queries and taking payments where necessary, testing the pre-release of products, product research and other duties which will develop with the role over time.
The right candidate for this role will have an accountancy qualification or have relevant experience. Experience of working within an accountancy practise would be desirable. Experience of final accounts preparation, tax return preparation and HMRC filing would be highly desirable. Strong customer service skills are required as well as being computer literate and having clear communication skills.
