Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
-Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations
-Use of microscope to perform assembly procedures
-Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts and subassemblies together.
-Tends machines to perform fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
-Test at the assembly level, identify failures and take appropriate action.
-Performs audit of individual workstation and tool calibration.
-Works on-line where tasks vary as different models of the same articles moves along the line.
-Performs duties in compliance with relevant QSRs and ISO regulations.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have demonstrated the following capabilities:

Education:
-High School diploma or equivalent.
-The ability to read, speak and understand the English language is required.

Experience:
-Prior electro-mechanical manufacturing experience required.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to stand, bend, sit and walk on a frequent basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job. The use of fine hand tool manipulation with frequent grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and flexing of hands. Frequent use of microscope and magnifying glass required to perform fine assemblies. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
