We are currently hiring for both immediate openings and expected openings through December 31, 2012 at our Marinette Mill facility, Marinette, WI for:

Production Operator - Entry Level

Responsibilities:
* Operate a production line safely, effectively and efficiently
* Operate large machinery such as tissue machines, winders, packaging equipment and/or lift trucks.
* Ensure and maximize team performance and results through skill diversity and development

qualifications:
Basic
* High school diploma or GED equivalency
* Must be eighteen years or older
* Three years work experience
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Basic computer knowledge
* Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights,holidays,weekends and overtime
* Legal right to work in the United States

Preferred:
* One year manufacturing/industrial experience
* Post secondary education

Other:
* Ability to work safely in a multi-functional team environment
* Ability to handle multiple priorities
* Problem solving and decision making skills
* Motivated self-starter
* Must maintain excellent safety and attendance performance
* Good communication and listening skills
