We are looking for an inventive and ambitious team member that is capable of training, motivating and coaching employees in a team based environment. In this role, your skills would encompass meeting customer quality and schedule requirements. You'll also mesh technical expertise with prior experience to create a Quality Improvement Process to build an environment leading to success for you and the team.
You'll need:
*A Bachelor's degree in Management Science, Industrial Engineering or or an Associate's degree with 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
*The ability to contribute to the overall effectiveness of a team.
*Experience in Printed Circuit and/or Flexible Circuit Manufacturing preferred.
*Good organizational, analytical and problem -solving ability.
*To have strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
