Advantage Technical Resourcing are keen to field applications from Production Controller's or Manufacturing Engineer's or Project Engineers for our client based in London.
The client's product is targetted to the retail sector and it's diversity offers an interesting and varied workload. The Production controller will report to the Head of Production Design and will be responsible for seeing multiple jobs through to fruition, working with upto 40 Production operatives.
The key element to the role is to create the manufacturing schedule and monitor it throughout the month to ensure on-time deleivery of the product to the customer. Daily build schedules are used throughout the month to meet the monthly goals.
As it is unlikeley that the applicants will come from a similar industry the candidate should have a demonstrable background in people management, project management and scheduling workloads to ensure the products are delivered in a timely manner.
This role may well suit those from a Production environment where, Production Control, Project Co-ordination, Production Engineering skills are common.
