Production Engineer Job in Royston, Home Counties Uk
An opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative in a growing company based in Royston. Working within the Operations department, you will be responsible to provide effective change management and process improvement in order to improve production efficiency. Duties of the role will include responsibility of SOP's on all manufacturing equipment built, leading the implementation of process for efficient management, co-ordinating project teams and reporting on implementation of process improvement projects. You will be joining a busy and friendly team environment in a company that is growing and developing. Hours of work are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of driving change management initiatives and mechanical/electrical knowledge. You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and a flexible approach to recognize the need for pragmatism in relevant context. You must be PC literate with experience of MS Office. It is essential that you have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be self motivated.
