LEAN LEADER - 8166
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
§ Responsible for implementing sustainable process improvements using Lean-manufacturing principles.
§ Coordinate appropriate staffing of work cells to meet schedules and production goals.
§ Responsible for manufacturing work cells to meet quality and delivery requirements.
§ Ensures safe operations of all equipment in the production facility.
§ Participates in root cause analysis and problem solving.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
§ Bachelors degree 5 years of manufacturing experience in a related process improvement roll.
§ Significant experience analyzing processes and implementing system improvements.
§ Implementation of processes that lead to a LEAN focused culture.
