Leading, developing and training a team of production personnel, you will strive to meet demanding production KPIs, ensuring standards are optimised and continuous team development is at the forefront of your agenda. Identifying and improving efficiencies, increasing output and reducing wastage through advanced manufacturing techniques, you will also be expected to implement and monitor GMP standards, to ensure that the quality and safety of products and service are at optimum levels.
Able to demonstrate an excellent grounding in food production management, evidenced by a proactive approach to people leadership, you should possess a string understanding of the latest high risk manufacturing practices, GMP and continuous improvement methods. Results orientated, with plenty of personal drive, you should be motivated by people development and a proven deliverer of success.
Customer focussed and results driven, with a commitment to delivering best practice, you should be a graduate calibre operations/factory management professional, who can demonstrate a successful track record of leading and developing a senior management team, coupled with an innovative, visionary approach and outstanding people management skills. Alongside this, they’re looking for the enthusiasm, zest, passion and gravitas required to make an immediate impact and drive through operational change.
