Job Description: Excellent opportunity with growing company in the NW Houston area. Full benefits package, including production bonuses with pay to $75K DOE Requirements of the Position: Knowledge of the thermal spray, coatings, and paint industry, with knowledge of the metal prep coatings industry preferred Computer literate including Word, Excel, Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in related field, or 10 years hands-on experience Plus 5-7 years of management experience Former Military service members encouraged to apply Position responsibilities: - Assist with the management of all daily operations - Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizational mission, specifically supporting management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning - Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions - Budgetary control, and costing, and coordinate with General Manager on setting budgetary guidelines, business planning, and fiscal planning - Employee relations between departments, and employee supervision responsibilities including promotion, performance evaluation, coaching, and supervision - Must have a good understanding of cost value for production line, and be very detail oriented with strong management style, and ability to implement processes for production systems We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
