Production Manager
Viking Pools LLC, the largest manufacturer of fiberglass swimming pools in North America, is currently seeking an outstanding Production Manager that understands the composite manufacturing industry, for its Jane Lew, WV operation. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of production operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production related activities. Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, manpower planning, managing plant performance with a focus on continuous improvement, and direct supervision of personnel.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in plant management in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is also preferred. Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills are required.
