National Cylinder Services :
National Cylinder Services LLC., is looking for a production manager for our shop in the Highlands Ranch area. NCS primary service includes the requalification of medical and beverage cylinders, through hydrostatic testing, We also do any necessary repairs that might be needed. We are looking for a hands on manager who would be involved closely with the requalification process as well as demonstrates the ability to handle his/her role as a supervisor to 3-4 employees.
Necessary requirements
-Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Familiar with excel, quick data entry skills
-Has production/goal oriented experience
-Is comfortable working in a fast past/physical environment
-Has demonstrated dependability and a hard working attitude in previous jobs
-Preferably has previous driving experience and currently holds a CDL
Duties:
-Supervise 3-4 employees, updates job knowledge by tracking all DOT regulations and practices surrounding the requalification process. Making local deliveries. Maintaining the equipment so they are in proper working order. Develop productions schedules.
