Pennfield Animal Health, an animal pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Production Manager. This position requires individuals to coordinate and supervise the manufacture and packaging of quality feed-grade products in accordance to FDA and company guidelines. This position requires overall knowledge of forklifts, scales, mixers, baggers and plant processes.
1. Manufacturing equipment experience.
2. Production or maintenance supervisory experience. Supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical production facility or allied industry is preferred.
3. Provide training and maintain employee training records according to GMP/FDA and company guidelines.
4. Conduct performance reviews
5. Computer skills required: data entry, ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, and word processing for routine reports and correspondence.
