Production Manager Job in Opalocka 33054, Florida US

Production Manager Duties Responsibilities:

·         Manage manufacturing, construction, and installation coordinating among:

o   Subcontractors

o   Project Managers

o   Technical Department

·         Coordinate Warehouse Clerk and his daily tasks

·         Ensure the 100% safety of the materials being used as well safety in manufacturing plant

·         Manage QA procedures to assure standards compliance upon the final product location (UL, CSA, NEC,…)

·         Investigate subcontractors concerns or complaints, determine nature of problems, and recommend solutions

·         Have last updates of the subcontractors contacts, performance evaluation in past projects,…

·         Coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, and customer requirements

·         Make sure to have the proper instructions, drawings, proposals, specifications, and other important information for manufacturing

·         Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior

·         Coordinate the daily and weekly manufacturing plan detailing subcontractors, number of people,…

·         Primary responsibility for assuming manufacturing

·         Making sure projects are done according the design drawings and give an update if any change or problem to the Project Manager.

·         Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical/mechanical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.

·         Manage and verify production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily technically speaking.

·         Health Safety compliance in accordance with company policy. Ensure compliance with OSHA procedures and practices.

·         Implement ISO 9000 with Headquarter support

Skills/Qualifications:

·         Organization skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Independence, Documentation Skills, and Reporting Skills are required

·         Must have Computer skills: AutoCad, MSProject, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·         Experience in the Data Center industry

·         Experience in production planning and manufacturing
 

Requirements:

·         BS Degree in Engineering

·         2 to 5 years of Experience

·         Bilingual (English Spanish)

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Hard Working

·         Flexibility

·         Dependability
