Production Manager - Slough
This leading Automation and Control Solutions organisation is now looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager on a permanent basis.
Production Manager - Role/Responsibilities
+ Manage production to achieve on time delivery and good quality products in a safe manner
+ Take an active involvement in launching new products
+ Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports and others reporting into the cell leaders
+ Carry out audits
+ Resource allocation and planning to meet demand schedules
+ Continuous improvement activities
+ Chair daily production meetings
Production Manager - Skills/Experience
+ Knowledge of Lean Improvement techniques
+ Hands on experience of working within a Lean manufacturing environment
+ Significant manufacturing management experience
+ Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
