Job ID: HITS01121121 Production Manager - Dulles, VA - HITS01121121 Description: Production Manager Job Code: HITS01121121 Job Description: Responsible for managing all aspects of proposal generation in colaboration with Capture and Proposal Managers on major federal services contracts and task orders focused on winning new business in the federal Civil, DoD and Intel marketplace. Directs and manages proposal operations support (desk top publishing, graphics, production) from receipt of RFP through delivery. Responsible for timeliness, compliance and overall quality of all proposals delivered under his leadership. Coordinates with the assigned capture and proposal managers to optimize proposal solution, look and feel to improve win probability. Obtains and manages required staffing and production support to efficiently deliver high quality proposals including Harris and subcontract personnel. Coordinates with each proposal volume lead as required. Ensures adherence to Harris proposal development preparation guidelines, processes, methodologies and associated business tools. Ensures proposals are compliant with all section L M proposal instructions. Supports, participates and responds to reviews ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the proposal with RFP requirements. Supports and participates in in-process proposal team reviews as appropriate regarding proposal operations processes and procedures. Supports RFI and task order responses as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree and 10 or more years of Federal proposal development and/or management experience. Minimum of 6 years of Federal proposal management experience. Ability to edit, produce and review proposals, white papers, and request for information responses to federal agencies. Extensive skills with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts. Preferred Additional Skills: Active clearance or ability to obtain one Proposal management training certificate: Shipley strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Excellent organizational and management skills. Familiarity with communication technologies, systems integration and data storage and retrieval systems.
