The lead product candidate, C-Cure® has shown positive Phase II efficacy results and is being prepared for Phase III trials.
Job description
The Production Manager is responsible for the manufacture of batches of C-Cure. In this function he will :
- Plan, coordinate and manage the production activities to ensure a continuous supply according to existing procedures.
- Lead and coach the production team
- Be responsible for production compliance (GMP)
- Support process deviation, change control and process investigation
- Coordinate and support process qualification, equipment qualification and preventive maintenance
- Write and review manufacturing documents (procedures, batch records)
- Present and defend data to Authorities during inspection
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects
- Maintain open and effective communication with Management, QA, QC, RD and Logistic departments
- Implement Key Performance Indicator
Requirements
- Master degree in biological science or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in pharma industry (cell culture is a real plus)
Minimum 3 years experience in people management
- Experience of GMP / Inspection
- Languages: Fluent in French and English
