Austral Insulated Panels (Ultra Panel System) is a leading producer of Insulated Panels we are seeking an experienced Production Manager who has worked within a manufacturing environment.
The successful applicant must have proven leadership skills with excellent communication skills, verbal and written. This company is totally committed to safety and you will be expected to maintain and be compliant with safety and quality policies and procedures.
As the successful applicant you will have and be able to demonstrate the
following skills and attributes:
- Trade mechanical background, preferably fitting and turning with skills in welding.
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Lead by example at all times
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Strong team focus and interaction
- Be able to give and take direction
- Ability to coach and develop skills within the team
- Flexibility - work additional hours to repair production line issues
You will be energetic, hands on individual who is seeking permanent employment
