Due to new business growth, Guardian Automotive Products, Inc., located in Ligonier, IN is currently hiring PRODUCTION OPERATORS. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude who want to learn, grow, and contribute to a successful team. Guardian Automotive offers competitive wages starting at $12.50 per hour. These are second and third shift positions. Flexibility to work overtime during the week and on the weekends is a requirement of the position.
Guardian will be moving to a four crew operation over the next several months. Candidates must be willing to work 12 hrs per workday and work on the weekends. Crew schedule will be a 3-on, 2-off, 2-on, 3-off rotation (14 day schedule rotation - 36 scheduled hours one week and 48 scheduled hours the next week). Hours of work will be early evening to mid morning.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass a hair follicle drug test and background check. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
