Production Planner Job in Torrance 90501, California US
Health and Wellness Firm has an immediate temporary opportunity for a Production Planner. In this position, you will manage purchasing inventory, monitor project deadlines and process relevant documents and materials. An experienced Production Planner will enjoy using their strong verbal and written communication skills and working alongside a cross-functional creative, marketing and production team.
Responsibilities:
• Execute purchasing, planning and deployment for global product lines
• Generate reports that assist in planning product lines
• Oversee extensive inventory for all products and materials
• Manage status reporting, authorization databases and all relevant forms
• Facilitate communications among team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Planning, Purchasing and Transportation
• Strong retail math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
These skills/certifications are a huge plus:
• Certification in Supply Chain Management
• APICS Certification
• Ability to use Oracle
