Candidates must have five years experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably sheet metal manufacturing and previous experience in a supervisory position. A high school diploma or post secondary degree is required. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, solid and effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast changing work environment.
