Description:
Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Production Specialists to work in the Santa Fe area. The responsibilities of production employees include, assisting in the following production processes; melting, casting, rolling, annealing, pressing, machining (both, manual and CNC), vault operations, shipping and receiving, quality control, cleaning, bagging and sanding. Each employee will be trained for a certain production process and then cross-trained in additional processes as needed.

Requirements:
Production employees must have good basic math skills, be able to read blue prints, use a tape measure and understand measurement scale. Also must be proficient with hand and power tools. Welding and sheet metal skills helpful but not required. Knowledge of shipping and receiving in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis and stand for long periods of time.
