Pilgrim’s is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for the Debone Department at our Mt. Pleasant, TX facility.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Coordinates and directs the activities of the production department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality. Inspects product to verify production specifications are met. Trains and supervises production personnel.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
