Qualifications:
To train and develop a crew of employees to safely produce quality roofing products in an efficient manner, monitoring production processes. To consistently and equitably enforce plant rules, holding crew members accountable for all facets of their jobs, including housekeeping standards. Must be able to effectively utilize progressive discipline, taking corrective actions when warranted.
