Job Duties: · Oversee the maintenance of production schedules, quality, delegating duties and training employees. · Assist in hiring of qualified assemblers and technical personnel. · Plan and schedule production orders based on material requirements. · Promote and maintain a clean and safe work area. · Maintain product quality and implement quality programs.
