A leading designer and manufacturer of process equipment are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to maintain, lead and develop their production and stores function to ensure client expectations are surpassed.
The successful Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a large multi-skilled team encompassing welders, fabricators, and assemblers on a late shift (13.30-22.30).
The role will include leading the companies HS policy to ensure a safe working environment, plan / manage labour to meet project deadlines, monitor production budget, and develop processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Production manager to develop and implement continuous improvement techniques.
Suitable candidates will have experience in a similar role, either be apprentice trained and have worked their way up from the shop floor or be HND / degree qualified and have strong shift management experience.
