Our LTi Boyd Indiana facility extrudes plastic products in their 24/7 manufacturing complex. We are presently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This full-time, hands-on position requires candidates to have 5+ years of production/manufacturing supervision experience along with strong leadership abilities technical skills. Prior plastic extrusion experience would be a plus. Candidates must have the ability to effectively manage 20+ employees while maintaining high quality standards and production efficiency.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing fast-paced production
- Producing quality parts
- Inspecting machinery reporting equipment failures
- Managing and training personnel
- Completion of daily production reporting
Candidates with Six Sigma training/Lean Manufacturing are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants should be detail-oriented, have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, organizational communication skills, the ability to lift 50+ pounds and possess a win-win attitude.
