Manpower is looking a Production Supervisor in the Hampton IA area for a permanent position with the company we represent.
A BS Degree preferred in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related technology. The candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles, must be familiar with various processes, various tools, and 3 - 5 years of experience in the manufacturing areas of plating, casting, grinding, turning, cutting, milling, NC/CNC machinery and CAD/CAM.
The ideal candidate would also have experience in reviewing operating reports, and able to review and ability to implement continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost of the assigned work area.
This person would also be responsible for other employees training and development, so previous experience is preferred.
