Position: Production Supervisor
Salary Range – Hourly Paid so you can get Overtime (Average Compensation $50K)
Shift: Monday - Thursday (10 hour shifts) / Flexible Hours.
Location: Montrose, WI (Madison WI Area)
Relocation: Provided
Degree: Not Required, but Preferred
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience: This position requires the minimum of a high school education or GED equivalency, however, a higher level of education in Business, Management, Food Science, or related field is preferred. At the coordinator level, this position requires at least zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience with degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience without degree. At the lead coordinator level this position requires at least three (3) to five (5) years of related experience with degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience without degree. Supervisory experience in an unrelated field will also be considered.
Physical Requirements and Skills: This position will require the following physical requirements and personal skills: Sitting, Standing, Walking, Bending, Squatting, Lifting, Carrying, Reading, Writing, Telephone Skills, Typing/Computer Skills, Listening Skills and Communication Skills.
A variety of action-oriented, interpersonal and intellectual competencies are required for this position including, but not limited to the following:

Working Environment: Normal working environment, with the exception of cold temperature and noise related to a manufacturing environment.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: Supervise the day-to-day department production operations for the other location and ensures that these department objectives are met along with project, cost, quality and safety factors to enhance the operating efficiency of the organization. This function includes the following segments: Product Processing, Information Reporting, Projects, Human Resources and Safety.
