SUPERVISOR
Boltaron Performance Products, a leading plastics manufacturer in Newcomerstown, Ohio, is seeking a Production Supervisor. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling assigned production areas in order to meet the plant's goals for productivity, quality and service. This individual will also assist in monitoring production operations to assure scheduled workflow, utilization of manpower skills, production processes and machine repairs. The company is seeking a person with (3-5) years of production supervision experience, someone with strong technical and mechanical abilities, and who is experienced in 5-S, Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001 concepts. Individual must be willing to work all shifts, have excellent computer skills, and must possess good communications skills, both oral and written. Experience and knowledge of Extruders is a plus.
