Based in the amazing Pilbara region in Western Australia, we are seeking a Production Supervisor for our Open Cut Iron Ore project. Reporting directly to the Mining Superintendent, you must be willing to manage staff and equipment to ensure production targets are met safely.

The Position:
- Plan and maintain effective manpower on shift to ensure production targets are met
- Ensure that all production activities are undertaken in accordance with relevant legislation and our commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment
- Provide leadership and help build a culture of safety and mutual respect within the site
- Mentor and train staff on appropriate behavioural standards.
You will require:
- A Certificate IV in Metalliferous Mining (an OCE ticket is an advantage)
- Supervisory experience in an Open Cut mining environment
- Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed targets in a work environment where competing priorities often shift
- Excellent communication skills along with a demonstrated commitment to Safety in the workplace
- A background in the training and safe operation of heavy mining equipment
