Production Supervisor Job in Wichita, Kansas US
A Fortune 500 Manufacturer, of large equipment, seeking a Production Supervisor for their Kansas facility. This is a vertically integrated manufacturing facility which includes metal forming, welding, forging, stamping, painting and heavy parts assembly, both electrical and mechanical.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to a Bachelors Degree ME, IE or related field as well as a minimum of four years knowledge and experience within a large equipment manufacturing Company, automotive, power train and/or automotive vehicle assembly fields preferred. Prior supervisory experience is a must as well as extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes. Candidates must be able to work under pressure of time and resource constraints, possess workflow and organizational skills; be self-motivated, a problem solver; and have proven experience effectively directing, supervising and motivating assigned employees and have a strong commitment to quality/safety/efficiency.
