These clients are known for their commitment to professional development whilst ensuring Work Health and Safety acts is strictly adhered to.
You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and contractors across the Prestrip and overburden functions, ensuring work is carried out in a safe, effective and cost-efficient manner and in line with production targets.
Your general duties will range from:
- Ensure Production operations are conducted within the sites Health, Safety and Environmental Systems.
- Managing both Contractors and Service Providers relating to production operations onsite.
- Work towards achieving production targets via coordination of the production fleet and personnel
- Successful implementation of the mine planning process.
- Ensure statutory compliance with procedures, acts and adherence to the all relevant Standards
- Ensure contractor organisations are OHS compliant at all times
- Foster relationships across all key stakeholders
