Production Support Analyst for Leading Global Bank Singapore recruitment
You will be a key player in a production support team, supporting services to the Equities Market. You must have good working experience in an application support environment where you have substantial knowledge in Equities Derivatives in order to play a pivotal role in this setup.
Essential:
VB and SQL scripting
Experience in Equity Derivatives
Advantage:
Experience in Sophis, Fidessa or GL
Good knowledge on Sophis Accounting
You are able to utilise your wealth of experience to ensure stability of all applications and interfaces. You are also required to use your analytical skills to do incident and problem management and present your findings to senior management.
To succeed in this role, you must have a belief that you can make things happen. You must be a calm individual who is able to withstand working in a high pressure environment. You must have demonstrated excellent communicative and interpersonal skills to interface with the various IT and business stakeholders.
