Production Support – Investment Bank recruitment

Having recently restructured, they have recently increased headcounts and have a exciting job opportunity for a production support specialist to join their team in providing technical support to the trade floor for the infrastructure and middle-ware operations in the Asia Pacific Region.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have multiple years of experience working in a supporting capacity within a financial institution. You will need to possess strong communication skills as you will be regularly dealing with users sitting on the trade floor.
The team currently have production support specialists that focus within the application areas and is looking for a someone coming from a technical background in middle-ware and infrastructure to compliment their team, so strong technical skills in Unix (Solaris Linux) with infrastructure and networking experience is mandatory.
