This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly ambitious Production Team Leader/ Production Supervisor to join a highly successful organisation. The purpose of this role is to produce these chilled products in accordance with the production plan in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of the manufacturing process and be able to train and coach members of your team of 5-15 people. You must be a forward thinking individual with the ability to respond to challenges and face problems head on. A strong background of Continuous Improvement is beneficial, looking to continually maximise yield however always pay close attention to health and safety best practice.
Reporting directly into the production shift manager there are excellent lines for promotion. My client is seeking highly ambitious individuals with an hunger to progress forward with their career.
