Advertising Assistant Primary Duties: Manage Master Advertising schedule Update status/dates on a continuous basis Work with ad agency to coordinate Manage/update individual advertising timelines Coordinate schedules with ad agency and business unit contacts Set up ad concept review meetings Assist in the approval/reviews of individual ad executions Attend ad concept review meetings and document outcomes/deliverables Route ads to business unit contacts for review/approval Track responses Manage to deadlines and remind contacts for responses as needed Manage legal approval responses binder Account Management - Creative Services Open jobs with Creative Services for brochures or other materials Assist with branding projects (i.e. distributing materials, scheduling meetings)
