The Opportunity
The Professional Markets Representative is accountable for the discovery, development, and implementation of Consumer Imaging Group (CIG) products into markets typically not serviced by existing retail channels. The representative will be fully versed in all CIG product segments and will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and showcasing Canon’s broad and diverse range of products and solutions.
Your Financial Success Will Be Achieved By:
Increase total Canon product in the professional market by developing avenues and channels for new CIG business
- Define markets
- Develop strategies and solutions for specific markets – key account selling
- Become market experts
- Maximize CIG product range and sales opportunities
Create content for new business development and sales presentations
- Build and deliver presentations to a very high standard
Assist Professional Markets, Educational Resources team, and CIG sales team:
- Attend trade shows
- Attend digital imaging conventions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all CIG products
- Assist CIG sales team/ dealer commercial sales staff to strengthen existing business/customer relationships and cultivate a stronger Canon solution for both

To Succeed, You will have:
- Completed post-secondary education in a related field
- Training Experience / Adult Learning experience preferred
- Broad range of Sales experience preferred
- The ability to integrate into a group dynamic as well as work unaided.
- Fluency in both English and French is an asset
