Professional – Project Finance & Development recruitment
Our client is an independent financial and project advisor and developer, with expert knowledge in a range of sectors, including infrastructure and property. The business offers a collaborative, solutions focused approach to each project and is the key link between the project sponsor and all elements of project delivery.
An outstanding professsional role is available to help with the expanded project activities in retail and civic infrastructure. You are expected to provide a range of professional advisory, development management and specialist finance services in support of the clients objectives on projects. Specific tasks that you will perform will include:
Project Analytics - analyse the commercial and financial dynamics of projects including viability, competitiveness, positioning etc
Financial Modelling- provide a range of quantitative and analytical activities including developing in-house project financial models, DCF analysis, viability analysis etc
Development Management - managing the project through the various stages, with general day to day responsibilities to review all documents and consider appropriate responses including liaison with key stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate you must demonstrate financial and numerical astuteness and have well formed project management and communication skills. In terms of background and experience you will ideally have had 2 - 4 years experience gained in one of the following areas:
- Property or development,
- Investment Banking,
- Management Consulting
- Big 4 or Mid-Tier Chartered Accounting in a Corporate Finance, Modelling or Transaction Services team
- Building or Construction Management
Financial modelling experience including DCF build capabilities will be highly regarded.
