GENERAL:

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Provide general administrative and clerical support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- take messages
- deal with queries from callers
- sort mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments
- tidy and maintain the reception area
- greet persons entering organization
- complete data entry for bookkeeping
- prepare letters and documents
- miscellaneous office work (such as copying, faxing, and filing)

REQUIREMENTS:

- strong computer and internet research skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- excellent interpersonal skills
- verbal and written communication skills
- customer service orientation
- stress tolerance
- professional personal presentation
- prior experience and knowledge of tax laws (preferred)
