Professional Services Consultant APAC recruitment

This US Communications Software Company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to support their customers in APAC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen joining a start up environment and wants to be part of this fast growing business. The role is based in Singapore.

Main job scope:
- Design, implement and support communications software projects in the region
- Configure the software based on customers' requirements.
- Provide technical training of the product to customers and partners in the region
- Be the brand ambassador for the company and maintain good relationships with the customers
- Involvement in some pre-sales support work
- Requires more than 50% travel and you need to be able to travel to Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, South Korea and Japan on short notice.

Experience and Background
- Degree qualified and five years of experience in a Post Sales, Networks/Systems Engineering role in a Vendor environment
- CCNA/CCNP certified and/or certifications in PBX products
- Experience with Voice, Unified Communications and Networking Technology, Enterprise Applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability managing customers face to face
- Comfortable working with a team in different geographies and flexible with travel
