Professional Services Consultant/ Pre Sales Consultant
Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
• To promote solutions and provide presales support to customers
• Provide pre-sales support for the Portfolio of Products and Services, which includes Sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and assessment services and production of proposals
• Work with Sales force to identify opportunities
• Proof of concept
• Weekly and quarterly reporting pipeline and performance
• Solution Design using the portfolio of products to ensure compatibility with the customer's infrastructure
• Development and delivery of both business and technical solutions
• On-going support and account management - both reactive and proactive
• Build, develop and maintain client relationships.
• To research prospective and current products and competitors within the marketplace, identify potential new customers or business opportunities and to then work in liaison with the relevant account managers to win the business
• Undertake on-site consultancy and meetings in order to assist clients in the identification of their product and business requirements prior to demonstration, proof of concept and sale
