Professional Sports Trader Programme recruitment
Our business model works as a partnership with our trainees. We give them training, knowledge and mentoring, and to those who meet our criteria and standards, the necessary financial backing to trade. In return we expect a commitment through time, effort and determination.
The course takes place in our state of the art, custom designed training facilities. It is very intense with ongoing assessments, guest speakers and regular classroom cuts.
Whilst on the course we:
• utilise interactive workshops
• train on simulator trading systems
• incorporate a series of trading psychology and performance seminars
...to ensure trainees learn to manage the pressures of trading and how to perform to the best of their ability; building up to trading on the live markets.
On completion of training, those who have reached our standards and can demonstrate the entrepreneurial flair, maturity and determination we require, will be offered a place in one of our professional trading teams. Here you will become part of our comprehensive post course coaching and mentoring structure.
We have two programmes running; one is based in our City of London office and the other is based at our Manchester Office, therefore applicants must be living within a commutable distance to enable them to be present and on time every day.
