Professional Staff Nurse - Butler/Wexford areas
UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health is seeking a full-time RN to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes in Butler, Wexford and surrounding communities. The general work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with varying weekend requirements. Responsibilities -Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing care process as indicated -Establish plan of care in collaboration with physician, patient and UM professional -Complete visit assessment, OASIS, 485/ verbal order documentation via laptop PC Basic Qualifications -Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required -Minimum one year of RN experience is required -A BSN is preferred -Medical-surgical or home care RN experience is preferred Licensure/Certifications -Pennsylvania RN license -Driver's license -Auto insurance -CPR certification -Act 33 and 34 clearances within 30 days of hire Salary Range: 22.88 26.96 34.07 UPMC is an equal opportunity employer. ------------
