This Program Administrator - Brazil is responsible for supporting the Executive Director of Laureate Network Products and Services (LNPS) in managing the roll-out and operations of the LNPS Programs across the Laureate Network. The position will also assist in managing product development projects and interacting with key external partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' Coordinate activities and maintain relationships between LNPS and key corporate divisions in Baltimore including Human Resources, IT, and Finance/Accounting
' Manage SharePoint resource databank and content repository updates
' Prepare weekly updates for Executive Director LNPS and assist in preparation of other reports where necessary
' Collect data from network universities for internal reports and external evaluations
' Maintain LNPS database on program status, including data for university partners
' Act as a resource and provide information and marketing material to network universities
' Act as a resource and provide end user support for Brazilian region covering all LNPS programs

' Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) required, additional languages a plus.
' Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
' Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.
' Strong change management skills with the ability to work within a matrix-run organization.
' Understanding of project management tools and processes. Knowledge of MS Project or MS Project Server preferred.
' computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word-processing, graphics and website development programs at a highly proficient level
' Excellent written and communication skills.
' Problem-solving experience.
' In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a high degree of personal integrity and strong work ethic and be proficient in delivering sustained results in a matrix infrastructure.
' May require minor travel as needed.
