Responsibilities: Our Bethesda, Maryland client is seeking a Program Analyst HR Department who will: Set up international hotel managers with access to the Passports Web Certification application and the InMotion Operations Management TeamShare site Troubleshoots users issues with the Passports Web Certification application, and liaise with the Technology Team to resolve issues Performs systems enhancements testing and validation Edits and formats various training and certification documents Maintains and updates multiple online applications/sites: the Passports Website (Intranet), the Passports Web Certification application, and the InMotion/Operations Management TeamShare sites Generates analyses and graphic charts as requested by Continental teams Coordinates publishing needs (e.g., texts, images, documents, etc.) with Intranet Internal Communications managers Ensures online certification questions and answers, available in multiple languages, are rotated on a regular basis Assist with quarterly progress update to senior executives Performs analyses of the program to ensure both efficiency and effectiveness in driving guest satisfaction and loyalty Kforce (Nasdaq:KFRC) is a professional staffing and solutions firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions in the skill areas of technology, finance accounting, clinical research and healthcare.
