Duties
Bowhead is looking for a Program Analyst who will analyze, organize, plan and administer various phases of day-to-day acquisitions and provisioning for an Unmanned Air System (UAS). The Analyst will assess acquisition logistics, establish policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control and analyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports.

The Program Analyst will be responsible for preparing Acquisition Documentation for an Unmanned Air System (UAS); planning, coordinating, and processing all regulatory and statutory acquisition documents associated with major DoD milestones; and coordinating the status of acquisition documentation maturity, events and meetings leading to critical milestone decisions associated with NAVAIR PMA programs. The Analyst will also work closely with OPNAV UAS resource sponsors to identify and evaluate potential areas of concern in program performance and budget execution; provide program and financial management support/analyses; and perform needs assessment and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiative.
