Duties
Bowhead is looking for a Program Analyst IV to evaluate, monitor and manage risks associated with a Major Defense Acquisition Program equivalent development effort. It does NOT include direct involvement with investment/fiduciary or safety/occupational health risks. The Program Analyst uses program management and systems engineering methodologies to perform integrated, program-level risk assessment and risk management for the Navy Unmanned Combat Air System (N-UCAS) program across all Integrated Product Teams. The Analyst will apply DoD / SECNAV / NAVAIR risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring of processes to perform logical analyses on all programs within the contractual scope. The Analyst will also work on large scale projects and participate as a member of and/or support the program's IPTs to incorporate and address program requirements, risks, issues and opportunities, providing guidance and direction. The Program Analyst will interface with and participate in risk management efforts of N-UCAS program contractors, manage risk databases and risk data repositories and ensure appropriate training for government and contractor team members on risk processes and employment of risk toolsets in an integrated data environment.
