Program Analyst
Responsibilities:

 

  • The Program Analyst will work closely with multiple Program Managers and Team Leads on project planning, scheduling and budget tracking activities.

  • Assist in building project plans, applying progress updates, baselining, perform earned value analysis, and producing reports in MS Project.

  • Assist Program Managers with development of project management documentation and maintenance of repositories.

  • Assist Program Managers with timely and effective project communications including stakeholder and sponsor interactions, and reporting.

  • Facilitate status meetings including production of agendas and minutes.

  • The Program Analyst will work with other PA's as needed to support status and budget reporting, SOX compliance monitoring, and compliance with Client specific SDLC methodology for all projects under the department.

  • Call upon MS Excel expertise to perform adhoc project data analysis and reporting.
