Program Assistant-Intelligence

Job Description Location- Washington, DC -Plans, organizes, and executes analytical studies. -Formulates new ways to resolve major problems in mission-oriented programs. -Develops long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones for evaluating and measuring program effectiveness. -Writes and edits reports, briefings, and other documents to educate and advise key decision-makers. -Facilitates, negotiates, and/or mediates with various agency offices and key stakeholders. -Serves as a liaison between the Contracting Officer s Representative, government customer, DIA security offices and the vendors with regards to the status of candidates, invoicing, and logistics during deployment -Manages the daily activities of a contract management staff directly supporting a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Defense Intelligence Agency -Scribes and publishes program and project status and other key meeting reports Education and Experience -Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (intelligence) experience. Must be elegible for a Secret clearance; adjudicated for access to SCI preferred.
